Launching September 2026

Everything The Drip does. Now for the whole team.

The Drip Suite builds on the same daily cadence engine, then adds what a team actually needs to run on it: shared pipeline visibility, meetings that turn into tracked opportunities, built-in quoting, and manager reporting — with no server to stand up and no per-seat cloud bill.

What's added

Everything in The Drip, plus a real team CRM.

The daily cadence, scoring, and regions from The Drip are all still there. Suite is what wraps around them once more than one person is working the same book of business.

👥 Shared team pipeline

Every rep's accounts, contacts, and activity live in one shared dataset — not a manager's separate rollup file. Region and role-based views so people see what's relevant to them.

📅 Meetings → Leads → Opportunities

Book a meeting, promote it to a Lead, convert the Lead to a tracked Opportunity with its own stage, dollar value, and activity history — a real pipeline a manager can run the business on, not just a status label.

📊 Manager tools built in

Team and rep-level dashboards, stalled-account alerts, and a conflict review screen for anything that needs a human decision when two people's data disagree — no separate manager app to install.

🧾 Quoting & invoicing

Build a quote against an Opportunity, send it for e-signature-style acceptance, and mark it paid — without paying for a separate quoting SaaS on top of your CRM.

🗓️ Calendar

Every meeting and task across the team, laid out by week, month, or quarter — filterable by rep and event type.

📈 Standard reports

Pipeline overview, rep performance, and revenue reporting out of the box — the numbers a manager actually needs, without building a dashboard by hand.

🎯 Everything from The Drip

CSV upload, automatic account scoring, automatic territory regions, Google Maps list building, Gmail + Outlook support, and the same daily cadence engine — all carried forward, not rebuilt separately.

🔑 Role-based access

Rep, manager, accounting, and service roles each see the views relevant to their job — one install, license-gated by seat, not five different apps to keep track of.

Why it's built this way

A team CRM with no team database to secure.

Most team CRMs mean your whole pipeline sits on a vendor's multi-tenant cloud, billed per seat, per month, forever. The Drip Suite works differently: each teammate's install is fully offline-capable, and syncs with the rest of the team through a folder in the cloud storage you already use — Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox.

No new vendor to vet, no server for anyone to stand up or secure, and it keeps working for a genuinely mobile team with no shared office network. One license per seat, no subscription — the same rule as The Drip.

Who it's for

Built for teams already outgrowing spreadsheets and side-by-side dashboards.

Dealer networks

Multiple reps across territories, one manager who needs a real rollup — not five reps' worth of exported files to reconcile by hand.

Independent sales orgs

Teams that want shared pipeline visibility without adopting a heavyweight, subscription CRM built for a much bigger company.

Teams already on The Drip

If your reps already run The Drip individually, Suite is the natural next step once you need shared visibility and manager reporting.

Mobile, no-office teams

No shared office network required — the sync model is built for reps who are never all in the same building.

Common questions

FAQ

How is this different from the Manager Add-on in The Drip?

The Manager Add-on is a rollup view inside the individual Drip app — a manager imports each rep's exported activity into their own copy. The Drip Suite is a different product: a genuinely shared, always-in-sync dataset across the whole team, plus the additional CRM layer (Opportunities, quoting, Calendar, reporting) that the Manager Add-on doesn't include.

Do we need to set up a server?

No. Team sync runs through a shared folder in whatever cloud storage you already use — Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. There's nothing to host and no IT project required.

What does it cost?

Pricing hasn't been finalized yet. It will follow the same rule as The Drip — a one-time license per seat, no subscription. Join the early access list and you'll be the first to hear final pricing before launch.

What operating system does it run on?

Windows at launch, same as The Drip. A macOS build is planned as a follow-up.

Can I start with The Drip now and move to Suite later?

Yes — that's the intended path. The Drip is available today for individual reps; The Drip Suite is built on the same foundation for when a team needs shared visibility.

How many seats does this scale to?

The sync model is built for small-to-mid teams — comfortably in the 15–25 concurrent user range at launch. If you're larger than that, email Chad directly to talk through it.
