Upload your list and go
Exact to-do list every morning
No subscription. Ever.
The daily view
No decisions, no calendar math, no sticky notes. The Drip App calculates where every prospect is in your cadence and builds your daily outreach list automatically. Each company now shows its account score right on the schedule, so you know which calls to prioritize first. You show up, you work the list.
What it does
The Drip App doesn't write your emails. It makes sure you send them — on the right day, to the right person, every single time.
CSV prospect upload
Drop in your list and the app builds your cadence schedule automatically. No manual entry, no setup time per prospect.
Automated touch scheduling
Defines the spacing between touches and tracks where every prospect sits in the sequence. Nothing slips.
Daily action list
Open the app and your day is organized. Calls first, emails second. No decision fatigue about who to contact.
Progress tracking
See which prospects are active, which have been touched, and what's coming up — plus a Drip Progress column on the List tab showing how many touches each company has completed (e.g. 1/3).
Cadence enforcement
The system defines the rhythm. You execute it. Consistency is what gets responses — and the app makes consistency automatic.
Windows desktop app
Runs locally on your machine. License key protected. No cloud login, no browser required, no monthly bill.
Automatic account scoring New in 1.2
Company Score is no longer something you type in — set your own point values for Category, Size, Equipment, and Buying Signal once in Settings, and every account scores itself and sorts into Priority / Call / Watch / Skip, so you always know who to contact first and who to skip.
Automatic territory regions New in 1.2
Define your territories once with a center ZIP, and every company is automatically assigned to the nearest region as you import or add accounts — no manual tagging required.
Build lists straight from Google Maps
Search any business type in any area and pull results directly onto your list — company name, address, phone, and email address, scraped straight off each business's own website.
Watch it in action →Gmail support
Connect Gmail alongside Outlook. Send from the app or mark emails sent from your inbox — the cadence stays in sync either way.
Customizable cadence
Adjust touch count and spacing — including a − Remove Touch option — to match how you actually sell, instead of a single fixed sequence.
Export to Sales Manager
One-click export formats your activity for the Sales Manager app, so your numbers roll up into a team dashboard without re-entering anything.
In-app User Manual & What's New tab
Full documentation and every past release's notes live inside the app under Settings, so you're never digging through email for a link.
Your Progress dashboard
See exactly how you're doing — pace to your next milestone, how you're tracking against this period's goal, and a realistic This Quarter and Next 365 Days projection off your full history, so you know how many leads and opportunities your current activity is on pace to generate. Includes an active-day streak and a Feature Usage tracker for Maps, Import/Export, Apply ICP, Paste Drip Emails, and Redirect Drip.
Frameless, consistent windows
Every dialog — Add Company, Contact, Redirect Drip, Settings, Import, Paste Drip Emails, and more — shares the same native title bar as the main window. Setting a company inactive uses a click-to-open calendar picker instead of typing a date by hand.
How it works
Four steps from a cold prospect list to a running outreach machine.
Pull your contacts from wherever they live — your CRM, a spreadsheet, an Apollo export, anywhere. The Drip App reads standard CSV format.
The app assigns each prospect to a touch sequence with defined timing. Day 1 gets a call. Day 3 gets an email. Day 7 gets a follow-up call. The schedule is built for you.
The daily view shows you every action due today — who to call, who to email, what touch number you're on. You do the work. The app does the tracking.
Check off each action as you go. The app advances the cadence automatically and builds tomorrow's list. Show up again tomorrow and do it again.
Who it's built for
If your deal cycle is long, your prospects are busy, and follow-up is where deals get won or lost — this is your tool.
Long cycles, multiple touches required, technical buyers who need to hear from you more than once.
Managing multiple lines, no admin support, and a territory too large to keep in your head.
Large prospect lists, consistent follow-up needed across a broad base of potential accounts.
Anyone running cold outreach where consistency — not just effort — is what drives pipeline.
New — companion app
Sales Manager imports the exported activity from each rep's Drip App into a single rollup dashboard — calls made, emails sent, cadence progress, and pipeline, all in one place. Built for the manager who needs the view The Drip App gives each rep, just at the team level.
Every rep exports from their Drip App with one click. Sales Manager pulls those exports together automatically, so you're not chasing spreadsheets or asking reps for updates.
It also syncs with your CRM, so activity logged in the field shows up where your team already tracks deals.

Take it further
The Drip App is only as good as what you put into it. The System Build is a done-with-you engagement where we build your entire outreach infrastructure from scratch — the right list, the right message, and the right script — all tuned to your product, your market, and your voice.
Prospect list — built and scored
We identify and score the accounts worth chasing based on your ICP — industry fit, company size, buying signals, and competitive displacement opportunity. You get a list ready to import, not a list to sort through.
Email cadence — written in your voice
A complete 4-touch email sequence generated using AI tools calibrated to your product and your buyer — not generic templates. The output sounds like you wrote it, because the inputs come from you.
Phone scripts — ready to use
Cold call openers, voicemail drops, gatekeeper pass-throughs, and two-branch response flows — built around your specific product and buyer. You'll never wing a cold call again.
ICP — clearly defined
Industry, company size, buying signals, and displacement criteria locked in before we build anything else. Every piece of the system flows from knowing exactly who you're going after.
Outreach System Build
Two sessions. Full system. Ready to run on day one.
ICP definition · Prospect list build and scoring · 4-touch email cadence · Phone scripts. Everything custom-built for your product, your market, and your voice — then loaded and ready to go in The Drip App.

Common questions
What operating system does it run on?
Windows only. The Drip App is a native Windows executable (.exe) activated with a license key. Mac support is not currently available.
Does the app write my emails for me?
No — and that's intentional. The Drip App manages your schedule and tells you who to contact and when. The content of your calls and emails is yours. What you write is what gets responses; the app makes sure you actually send it on time, every time.
What format does my prospect list need to be in?
Standard CSV format. Export from your CRM, Google Sheets, Excel, Apollo, or wherever your contacts live. The app reads the file on upload and builds your cadence from there.
What does the cadence look like — how many touches, how far apart?
The Drip App uses a structured multi-touch sequence with defined spacing between each contact attempt. The schedule is built in — you don't have to configure it. It's designed around what actually moves prospects to respond in B2B sales.
What if a prospect responds or I want to pull them out of the sequence?
You can mark a prospect as responded or remove them from the active cadence at any time. The app updates your daily list immediately.
Does the cadence have to be Day 1 / Day 4 / Day 8 / Day 18?
No — cadence is customizable. You can adjust the number of touches and the spacing between them (with a − Remove Touch button if you overshoot) to match how you actually sell, instead of a single fixed sequence.
Does The Drip App work with Gmail?
Yes — Gmail is supported alongside Outlook. Connect your account and the app keeps your cadence in sync with whichever inbox you use.
What is Sales Manager, and do I need it?
Sales Manager is a separate companion app for managers overseeing multiple reps. Each rep exports their Drip App activity, and Sales Manager rolls it into one team dashboard, synced with HubSpot now and Salesforce coming soon. If you're an individual rep, you don't need it — The Drip App runs standalone.
What's new in v1.2?
The Scoring Update: Company Score is no longer typed in by hand — it's now the sum of point values you assign to Category, Size, Equipment, and Buying Signal in Settings → Scoring, mapped to Priority / Call / Watch / Skip tiers with cutoffs you control. The Regions Update: Companies now get an automatic Company Region based on the nearest center ZIP you define in Settings → Regions — no more manually tagging territories. Also added a dedicated Company Phone field separate from a contact's Direct Phone, and fixed a couple of interface bugs (dropdown arrows not showing on some fields, and an occasional wrong-company-selected issue on the Companies page). Full release notes for every past version are always available in-app from Settings → What's New.
How does delivery work after I buy?
Payhip issues your download link and license key instantly at checkout — no waiting on an email from me. Install the app, paste in your key, and it activates automatically. No back-and-forth required.
Is there a refund policy?
If the app doesn't run on your machine or isn't what you expected, email me within 7 days and I'll make it right.
Ready to build your pipeline?
Upload your prospects once. Show up every morning. Work the list. That's the whole system.
